Nonprofit Board Leadership

The Nonprofit Board Leadership program is geared towards providing individuals with the knowledge to serve on nonprofit boards of directors. The program focuses on board member roles and responsibilities. The program utilizes board scenarios with the class as the ‘sitting board’ as they work to address the scenario with regard to the 10 Basic Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards. A unique aspect of the program is a ‘speed dating’ session with local nonprofits to match potential board members with organizations looking for board members.
